On the morning of March 15, the Development Planning Department of China Yi Microelectronics organized the first BPM training session with the theme of "System document management and ITSR application specification" in the conference room 101 of workshop 2#, and colleagues of BPM and system and process related business from various departments participated in the training.

Yan Zhen from the Development Planning Department reviewed and analyzed the work of system specification in the early stage, and derived to the common pain points and solutions in the daily system management of each department, and made in-depth analysis and simultaneous Q&A one by one, and shared the normalized work mechanism of system management of the company, and guided everyone to establish the corresponding work specification together. In the ITSR application specification, Yan Zhen combined the excellent ITSR application examples, explained the process form filling ideas intuitively and effectively, and had a warm interactive exchange with everyone on the ITSR audit requirements and form design, and Ma Yinjuan of the Information Technology Management Department also gave further guidance and ideas on professional technology in this session, and we discussed together to explore new breakthrough points for the subsequent improvement of the ITSR application process. At the end of the meeting, after a review of the current ITSR application process, we discussed the following issues.

At the end of the meeting, after the accompanying test of the training content, everyone had a fuller understanding of the management requirements and working ideas of the company in terms of system management and ITSR application, and the Development Planning Department would also analyze the test paper in a unified manner, and further analyze and synchronize it to all departments for the important points and error-prone points.
