The HYD32525 is a high voltage gate driver chip capable of driving both high and low end N-channel mosFeTs in synchronous step-down and half-bridge topologies. The operating voltage of the high-end suspension voltage can be up to 120V, and the maximum operating frequency can be up to 200KHz.
