On the afternoon of September 19, under the guidance of Li Liujun, the vice president of the group, Huayi Microelectronics' first English training class project kick-off meeting & teacher team kick-off meeting kicked off in the No. 1 training room of the Service Center in Building A. Relevant colleagues of the group , the leaders of relevant departments of Huayi and all the students of the first phase attended the kick-off meeting.

Zhao Wentao, the project leader and director of packaging technology, first gave a presentation and interpretation on the project background and organizational structure of the English training course, so that the leaders and the first trainees understood the company's emphasis on the English training course and the project team operation structure of the training course.

Li Liujun, the general director of the project, gave very effective guidance to the organization of Huayi's first English training class by introducing the background, opening process, organizational form, class system, graduation and evaluation methods of Huatian English training class.

At the end of the opening lecture, the teachers of Huayi's first English training class were formed through recommendation and self-recommendation. Subsequently, under the guidance of Mr. Li, on-site teaching materials sharing, interactive investigation, teacher grouping were carried out, and at the same time, a lot of lesson preparation ideas were shared.

On September 29, the first class of the first English training class started successfully. The first group of teachers - four teachers from Barbie King's group led the students to learn: professional vocabulary of departments and positions, video listening and reading of Xi'an , "The One Minute Manager" page 1-11 reading content. The students at the scene showed great enthusiasm for learning, and they actively spoke and recited the materials in the class. During the period, the group's Guan Chaoyu, as a model teacher, gave a wonderful self-introduction in English.

Afterwards, Mr. Li and Mr. Zhao both expressed their hope that through continuous summarization and refinement in the form of projects, the English training course can be precipitated as one of the company's long-term talent training mechanisms.
