From December 2022 to January 2023, the manufacturing department organized a skill competition for shift work in the upper core and press welding process for more than one month, which was a complete success.

On February 3, an award ceremony was held in conference room 109 of 2# plant. Production Director Liang Guoqiang made a concluding speech: first of all, he expressed his affirmation and congratulations to everyone for their achievements, and put forward higher requirements for the improvement of engineering skills and the effectiveness of product quality control, etc. As the backbone of the production and manufacturing system for quality control and output guarantee, the shift engineering must keep the standardized operation throughout and the quality concept in mind.

Mr. Liang pointed out that the standardization and improvement of engineering skills is a systematic project, and this skill competition is a good start. The winning engineers should give full play to their exemplary leading role, strictly require themselves, drive other personnel to improve together, carry forward the excellent quality of research and pragmatism, escort for production efficiency and quality control, and contribute their strength to the development of the company and the department.
