In the afternoon of February 9, the Industrial Engineering Department organized the first Lean Capability Enhancement Training Session in 2023 in the training room No. 2 of the Service Center of Building A. According to the course requirements, management cadres above the supervisory level of production-related departments were mainly invited to attend this session.

This training session was themed "Economic Principles of Action + ECRS", which mainly focused on the definition of economic principles of action, classification of economic principles of action, application of economic principles of action and ECRS principles, guiding managers to be familiar with the improvement ideas and application scenarios of various improvement tools in actual work. At the same time, Cao Baohua, Director of Quality and Industrial Engineering Department, made an important speech before the training started, emphasizing the importance of Lean improvement in the production process and encouraging all leaders to strengthen relevant learning, actively participate in Lean training and apply it to their management.

In the interactive session, Pei Hongliang from the Engineering Department, Qiu Zhilong from the Quality Management Department and Wang Wenjie from the Manufacturing Department participated in the interactive sessions on the classification of action economy principles, case sharing of action economy principles and application of ECRS principles. The three managers shared their deep understanding of the course content from their own roles.

Through the training of "Economic Principles of Action + ECRS Principles", the managers understood the classification of operation research, the three classifications of economic principles of action, the 22 basic principles, and the application scenarios and methods of application of each principle; the ECRS principles were introduced at the same time.
