To effectively care for employees’ physical health and deliver the company’s supportive services, Huayi Microelectronics partnered with Fengcheng Hospital to conduct on-site welfare physical examinations over five days: September 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22. Professional medical services were brought directly to the factory for staff convenience.

During the on-site examination event, medical staff brought professional equipment to the factory site to conduct a full range of health checks. The administrative office arranged time slots reasonably and guided employees to take the examinations in staggered shifts and orderly manner, minimizing disruption to daily production. Employees could complete all health screenings on campus without traveling to the hospital, and the whole process ran smoothly.

This physical examination program serves as an important measure to implement inclusive employee benefits, allowing all staff to truly feel the care from the enterprise.
