On August 7, 2021, Huayi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) held a cadre competition defense meeting to openly select 9 supervisors and 2 middle-level positions in 4 departments. A total of 62 people including company leaders, representatives of superiors, subordinates, and key users who are to be promoted, attended the meeting, and some newly recruited college students attended the meeting to observe and learn. 

The competition defense will take the form of speeches by the candidates, on-site questions and answers, and on-site democratic evaluation by the scorers. The 12 contestants’ competition defense focused on four aspects (cognition of the company’s culture, performance display-promising talents, SWOT analysis, understanding of the proposed promotion position and work planning) to elaborate on their competence for the position they are competing for. Participants asked questions in multiple dimensions around the issues they were concerned about, and the candidates answered earnestly. 

With rapid development, the company will continue to innovate the selection and employment mechanism, provide employees with opportunities and platforms to display their talents and ambitions, and jointly write a new chapter in Huayi Microelectronics.
