On August 18 and August 20, 2021, in two days, Huayi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. organized the training of external lecturers for "Building Manufacturing Enterprise Excellence Team Leader Training Camp", manufacturing department, quality management department, and industrial engineering department. A total of 218 people from all team leaders of the Power Department and grassroots managers from various departments participated in the study.

The case is simple and humorous, the tools are simple and practical, and the courses are well received.
