On September 17, 2021, Huayi Microelectronics organized a summary review of the first phase of 2021 undergraduate production internship and a Mid-Autumn Festival symposium. A total of 104 people from related company leaders, student tutors and teachers, and college students attended the meeting.

The leaders of the manufacturing department made a comprehensive summary of the training and evaluation results of the students in the first stage of production practice. Recognize outstanding students; 6 outstanding student representatives shared their experience during the production internship; 2 mentor representatives shared their understanding of the new training method "mentor system" and their own training ideas and plans for students. At the meeting, the students concerned about the next position development direction, salary and benefits, accommodation, production site inspection and other questions were answered one by one. The Human Resources Department comprehensively explained the overall student training plan, the importance of the tutorial system, and the next stage of online foreign training training plan.
