On November 18, the Development and Planning Department organized the fifth BPM special training exchange meeting - "system, meeting and R&D project management requirements" in the meeting room 101 of the 2# plant. The participants were BPM from various departments.

Yan Zhen from the Development and Planning Department combined the common problems in daily work and gave detailed answers to the recent system management pain points in simple terms. After heated exchanges and discussions, she explained to everyone the idea of using the company meeting minutes template. Sun Chong from the Development Planning Department then focused on explaining the coding rules of R&D projects, and sorted out and shared the easily overlooked points in use.

Through this exchange meeting, all departments have learned about the company's system, meeting and R&D project-related work requirements in a timely manner, and provided help for everyone to smoothly advance various tasks.
