Recently, Huayi Microelectronics has released for the first time its SiPMotionTM series of highly integrated, high-performance power modules HYS10T64Q1/83Q1 and HYS11T2EA36, which are designed for motor drives. The performance and technology of the products have reached the international advanced and domestic leading level, and now can completely replace foreign high-end imported products.

1. Low-voltage SiP power module products HYS10T64Q1/83Q1

HYS10T64Q1/83Q1 is a highly integrated, high-performance, ultra-small size, ultra-low power SiP power module product independently developed and launched by China Yi Microelectronics, which integrates a dual-core MCU, an LDO, a pre-driver, and six MOSFETs in a 10x10mm QFN77L (Q1) package, constituting a complete small motor drive system. The motor drive system minimizes the number of external components required, reduces the PCB footprint, not only reduces system cost, but also shortens the power part alignment, reduces stray and parasitic inductance, enhances immunity to electromagnetic interference, and greatly improves system reliability, in addition to the system's built-in hardware motor engine, eliminating the need for complex motor algorithms and shortening the time to market for end products. Engineers in the design of the program, 100W drive program below, only need to adjust a few motor parameters in the program, can realize the hardware program common, to achieve the customer products easier platform.

This low-voltage SiP power module product is designed according to vehicle grade, and can do brush DC motor unipolar and bipolar mode control, brushless DC motor square wave, FOC drive control. At present, it is mainly applied to fan, fan, handheld head, vacuum cleaner, floor sweeper, mite remover, respirator, drone and motor control of auto air conditioner blowing, wiper, window, fuel pump, etc.

2. High-voltage IPM power module product HYS11T2EA36

HYS11T2EA36 is a high-voltage IPM power module product with high integration, high functional density and high power density. It integrates six MOSFETs, one ASIC chip, three high-voltage gate driver chips, one thermocouple, built-in over-current protection, over-temperature protection, temperature limiting and under-voltage lockout protection circuit, the product adopts high insulation, easy thermal conductivity and low electromagnetic interference design, the product package structure is compact and easy to use.

This high-voltage IPM power module is ideal for advanced home appliance motor drive and is suitable for brushless motor FOC control, which is mainly used in air conditioner fan, air purifier, water pump, dishwasher, washing machine and other motor control.
