To thoroughly practice the cultural philosophy of "people-oriented", earnestly care for employees' physical and mental health, and enhance their health awareness and sense of happiness, from September 26th to 28th, the Office of Huayi Microelectronics successfully organized the 2025 Employee Welfare Physical Examination. Nearly 500 employees from various departments of the company participated in the physical examination in batches, jointly building a solid health defense line.

Taking into account the actual work situation of front-line production employees, this physical examination adopted an on-site service model, "moving" the physical examination center into the company. A temporary physical examination site was set up in the training center on the first floor of Building A, allowing employees to enjoy professional and convenient physical examination services without leaving the company. This greatly saved the round-trip time and ensured the production order. After the physical examination, the company also thoughtfully prepared nutritious breakfast for each employee. This meticulous care made employees deeply feel the warmth of the company, and the activity won wide praise.

To ensure the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the physical examination, this project covered more than 20 examination items, including internal medicine, surgery, thyroid ultrasound, DR chest anteroposterior position, electrocardiogram, etc. The company aims to help employees keep abreast of their own health status through systematic health screening, so as to achieve the health management goal of "preventing diseases early when there is no illness and treating diseases early when there is illness".
