In the afternoon of March 20th, Huayi Microelectronics invited Prof. Duan Baoxing from the Microelectronics School of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology to give a training lecture in the multi-functional hall of Building A. Prof. Duan started the training on the application of strain silicon in power semiconductor devices, and some employees from R&D Department, Product Technology Department, Application Technology Department, Packaging Technology Department, and Laboratory attended the training lecture.

Prof. Duan popularized the importance of semiconductor microelectronics, semiconductor physics, and device design, and lectured from the key technology of CSIC CMOS, and the strain silicon technology in CSIC CMO from the shallow to the deep; after that, Prof. Duan's student, Mr. Luo Guangsheng, shared his experience on the strain silicon technology in semiconductor power devices.

At the scene, everyone listened and studied attentively; after the lecture, everyone actively communicated with Prof. Duan and benefited a lot. The lecture ended with applause.
