From January 6 to January 13, 2022, Huayi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. carried out the first general skills assessment. General skills are the basic and necessary skills for employees' daily work and are also important indicators for the evaluation of employees' job titles. Some basic skills that need to be mastered include but are not limited to key content of corporate culture such as the company's vision, mission, core values, and companies related to work and life. General rules and regulations, the use of basic functions of office software and the writing of general documents.

In this assessment, a total of 25 general systems within the company, as well as key content in corporate culture and employee handbooks, were summarized, with a total of 428 questions, 100 of which were randomly selected during the assessment.

Based on the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, the system randomly selects test questions for this assessment, and the Human Resources Department, the Manufacturing Department and the Quality Management Department collaborate to supervise the examination. A total of 341 people participated in the assessment, of which 293 passed the first assessment, with a pass rate of 86%. In addition, a total of 190 people are currently working from home and the company's foreign personnel due to the epidemic, and they will be assessed after returning to the company.
