On the afternoon of April 27, 2022, the Huayi Microelectronics Testing Department organized the award ceremony and SOP implementation mobilization meeting for the "anti-mixing, mixed batch slogan and measures collection activities" in the multi-functional hall on the 5th floor of the Service Center of Building A. Production Director Liang Guoqiang, Assistant Minister of Quality Management Wang Chunming, department leaders, all supervisors, award-winning personnel and representatives of key employees attended the event.

The SOP implementation mobilization meeting advocates full participation in the first quarter of SOP implementation and abnormal statistics, and the participants read the SOP implementation commitment letter at the venue. And the department requires each team to carry out SOP activities and read out the letter of commitment after the meeting.

The collection of anti-mixed batches slogans began in mid-March. Under the active promotion of each process, after a month and a half of intensive organization, a total of 81 slogans and 8 measures were selected to enter the preliminary competition. The participation rate of all employees in the testing department was nearly 100%. After multiple selections, 70 slogans were shortlisted, and 21 slogans won the first, second and third prizes for individuals and groups. The first prize winner Dong Qiuyan delivered her acceptance speech.

At the event site, Li Yonggao, director of the testing department, summed up the event. He said that the award ceremony of the "anti-mixing, mixed batch slogan and measures collection activities" and the holding of the SOP implementation mobilization meeting are very meaningful for the testing department, and all staff are unified. Goals and departments achieve zero determination; SOP implementation utilizes the implementation and improvement of CIM and MES to improve the foolproofness of the work process to meet the diverse needs of automotive-grade and important customers; standardize SOP in management, optimize operating procedures, and implement without compromise Do not deduct.

At the end of the meeting, Liang Guoqiang, the production director, commented on the event. He said that all staff participated in this event, and everyone was highly motivated. This is also an important part of our practice of TQM. Quality is closely related to every employee. An employee is a quality executor and a transmitter of quality culture; SOP implementation zero exception is an important part of our quality improvement. This year, we will sort out, simplify, optimize and solidify the SOPs of each station in detail to help employees solve the implementation process.
