
On April 26, 2022, and April 28, 2022, the Development Planning Department organized a summary and sharing meeting of the 2022 annual management tool practice activity (Phase 3) in Conference Room 315, Building No. 2, and Training Classroom No. 1, Building A, respectively. The company's executive-level and above management cadres attended the meeting.
The quality director of the event, Cao Baohua, gave a brief introduction to the event. The event is divided into five parts. Ding Yining from the Development Planning Department analyzed the important and difficult contents of the Balanced Scorecard combined with the case analysis assignments submitted by the leaders, and also showed the excellent assignments of the BSC case analysis for the leaders to learn from.
Then the quality director Cao Baohua focused on explaining the model from strategic planning to execution (BLM).
In order to let each participating leader have a deeper understanding of the BLM model, the participating leaders are divided into 6 groups in each meeting. The discussed plan was shared with everyone, and other group members asked questions about the speaker's elaboration. The humorous questions and interactions of the leaders made the event full of laughter.
After the interaction, Cao Baohua, the quality director, gave everyone a guide to the after-school homework. I hope everyone will have a clearer thinking in the process of completing the homework.
This management tool practice activity not only gave leaders a clear understanding of the content of BSC management tools and BLM model, but also added a lot of fun to the exchanges between leaders.
