On June 23, the Quality Management Department of Huayi Microelectronics organized the training of internal auditors of the management system, and a total of more than 40 people participated in the training. The training introduced 7 management systems such as IATF16949 and ESD20.20 that the company has passed the current certification, and publicized the purpose and significance of the annual internal audit, combined with the company's management systems, PDCA, seven principles, 25 management processes , the basic knowledge of management system, the understanding and application of management system standards, the relationship between system standards and process and the corresponding relationship between internal procedure documents, internal audit methods and skills, and non-conformity improvement requirements were explained.

Through this training, the internal auditors' understanding of the management system knowledge and the application of auditing skills have been enhanced, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of the internal auditing of the management system, which is conducive to the implementation of various management system requirements, and effectively improves the company's management level and customer satisfaction.
