On the morning of June 29th, from 10:00 to 12:00, organized by Huayi Microelectronics Development Planning Department, the first phase of the "Role Cognition" BPM special training exchange meeting was organized in the 101 conference room of the 2# workshop. They are BPM from various business units.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yan Zhen introduced the background of the training exchange activities and the central idea of this meeting. Afterwards, the lecturers introduced themselves one by one, which shortened the distance with the BPMs and provided convenience for the follow-up work.

The first part of the content of the meeting is the BPM job responsibilities. BPM is not only a bridge and window for external communication within the department, but also the integrator and key subject of the department’s business process and IT requirements. It is mainly responsible for the business process management, information demand management, Meeting management and comprehensive management, assisting department heads to manage the implementation of department goals and measures. Helping each BPM fully understand their own position and responsibilities will help to further realize the matching of people and positions, improve everyone's work enthusiasm and quality efficiency, and then make the best use of their talents.

The meeting/general management part was given by Zhao Yue, who introduced the company-level meeting mode, monthly key work reporting requirements, and data reporting standards and specifications. The materials have been explained intuitively and effectively for everyone, providing an intuitive thinking framework and reference templates for efficiently and accurately promoting the implementation of the company's various work and achieving a closed-loop implementation.

After the intermission, Yan Zhen shared the main content, recent plans and specific requirements of process/informatization management work, mainly from organizational roles and responsibilities, process management system, recent process/informatization management work, process document system In other respects, he explained the basic theoretical knowledge of process management, some practical skills and the current working mode for everyone. At the same time, starting from the demand research, he worked with BPMs to explore and establish a communication and feedback channel for the company's various departments to collaborate on process management work. 

This training and exchange meeting not only gave all BPMs a clearer understanding of the current work priorities and future development plans, but also provided a foundation for the continuous construction of the subsequent BPM organization and the efficient development of the company's business process management.
