"Three people, there must be my teacher", the manufacturing department, testing department and engineering technology department carried out a supervisor management experience exchange activity in the 315 training classroom from 19:30 to 21:30 in the evening of June 28th.

The event was presided over by Yang Haijun, the training director of the manufacturing department. The ministers, deputy ministers and all supervisors of the manufacturing department, the testing department and the engineering technology department participated in the event, with a total of 41 people.

Director Guan Shuanglong of the Manufacturing Department shared his own management methods from the aspects of personnel management division, responsibility sharing and employee care. The pressure welding director Guo Shiyun shared his management methods from the aspects of work task breakdown and follow-up, new employee training and pressure welding SOP improvement, and showed the data that the number of abnormal pressure welding SOPs continued to decrease. Gou Xinwei, Director of the Testing Department, shared the ways and means of identifying, employing and managing people. Director Zhang Yuxi of the Engineering Technology Department described how he started from the initial firefighting work, went through all-inclusive learning and ready-to-go rectification, and finally became the person responsible for active work. The point of view of courageous action resonated with everyone. Director Qi Wangjun shared his experience and skills of leading a team, and proposed to break the inherent routines of employees and stimulate the ability of employees to divergent thinking. After the supervisors' sharing speeches, the remaining supervisors discussed and exchanged management experience again.

Finally, the department leaders made comments, affirmed the management experience of each supervisor, and proposed that management should be different from person to person, and appropriate situational management methods should be selected. At the same time, taking the recent abnormality as an example, it is required that all supervisors should not be limited to this process in their daily work, but should be comprehensively considered.
