On August 26th, the Development Planning Department organized the third BPM special training exchange meeting - "PDCA Continuous Improvement Tool" in Conference Room 101 of Plant No. 2. The participants were BPMs from various business departments.

Sun Chong from the Development Planning Department explained the four stages of the PDCA cycle: planning, execution, inspection and action, clearly pointing out that each stage is very important, and there are corresponding skills and attention points. In order to achieve the effect of "inspiring people" and "achieving goals". After 20 minutes of brainstorming, everyone completed the group discussion, and based on the actual cases in the work, they completed the "one-page project report" using PDCA. The wonderful speeches of each group won bursts of applause.

The meeting ended with a test in the classroom. The Development Planning Department combined the case analysis of each group and the daily use of PDCA to sort out and share the easily overlooked points in the use of PDCA. Through this training, BPM's understanding of PDCA continuous improvement tools has been enhanced, and it has provided help for the scientific and efficient development of the work of various departments.
