On December 7, the Department of Development Planning and the Department of Human Resources held the 2022 annual management tools practice exchange meeting (the eighth session) & year-end report of cadres and staff career development in the multi-functional hall on the 5th floor of Building A. The management cadres of the company at supervisory level and above attended the meeting.
The eighth management tool exchange meeting was held with the theme of "WBS work breakdown" for learning and group discussion. Sun Chong of Development Planning Department explained in detail how to complete WBS work decomposition from the basic concept, importance, usage method and case demonstration of WBS.
In order to let each participant have further understanding and application of WBS work decomposition, the site was divided into 12 groups for case work discussion and group work was completed. Afterwards, each group selected a spokesperson to show the results of their work decomposition on behalf of each group, while other group members asked questions and scored the elaboration of the spokesperson, and the discussion and questions of the leaders triggered more thinking and understanding on the spot.
Mr. Cao further discussed and shared with the leaders about the work breakdown of each group and his understanding of the company's requirements. At the end of the meeting, Mr. Xiao gave meticulous guidance and suggestions on the management tool practice exchange session.
Subsequently, Ma Bo of HR Department explained the arrangement of year-end performance assessment of cadres and the work development plan of departmental management manual on the spot, and showed and explained the template of middle cadres and supervisors' report.
