At 16:00 on July 14th, the HR department of Huayi Microelectronics organized the 2023 military training debriefing performance and S1 stage training project team meeting in the activity room on the 4th floor of A building.

At the meeting, Cao Baohua, Director of Quality, Liang Guoqiang, Director of Production and Gong Haitao, Director of Quality Center of Management HQ made introductory speeches from the design of college students' training project and the initial intention of the planning, etc. Zhou Weiqiang, Director of Human Resources, Yang Haijun, Training Instructor, and Zhang Xusheng, FAE Supervisor, introduced the information of the current students, the introduction of the SOP skills training program as well as the tutoring instructors and tutoring work arrangements, respectively.

College students are the cornerstone of the company's talent development, is the fresh blood in the process of business operations, in the overall training program system course at the beginning of the military training for its settings, bitter their minds, their muscles and bones, sharpening the will to develop and enhance physical fitness, while promoting solidarity and cooperation, the spirit of hard work and endurance.
