On the afternoon of July 26th, the 19th anniversary commendation conference of Hua Tian Group was grandly inaugurated in the main venue, Room 901 of the Research Building at Hua Tian Electronic Science and Technology Park. A total of 1,434 leaders from various companies within the group and representatives of the commended advanced individuals gathered together. The conference was presided over by Zhang Yuming, the Party Committee Secretary and Trade Union Chairman of Hua Tian Group. The Hua Yi Microelectronics branch venue was simultaneously connected via video link at the fourth-floor multifunctional hall in Building A, where 129 company officials, representatives of the commended advanced individuals, and university student representatives joined the celebration.

At exactly 3 p.m., as the solemn melody of the "National Anthem" sounded, the commendation conference officially began. Comrade Zhang Tiecheng, General Manager of Huatian Technology Co., Ltd., solemnly read the "Decision on Commendation and Reward of Advanced Individuals" by Huatian Electronics Group and the Party Committee of Huatian Electronics Group. Group Chairman Xiao Shengli, along with leaders including Zhang Tiecheng, Zhang Yuming, Zhang Xing'an, Chen Jianjun, Qiao Shaohua, and Wang Xiaoyong, presented certificates and medals to outstanding employees, quality role models, advanced technical workers, advanced team leaders, and representatives of advanced teams at the Tianshui venue. Chairman Xiao Shengli delivered an important speech. On behalf of the Party Committee, Board of Directors, and management teams of all companies within the group, he extended warm congratulations to the commended collectives and individuals and expressed sincere gratitude to all levels of leadership and employees who have long supported the development of Hua Tian. Faced with a severe market environment and complex international trade situation, he emphasized that the group's sales revenue had increased by 17.07% year-on-year in the first half of the year, achieving stable development. Regarding tasks for the second half of the year, Chairman Xiao deployed six core tasks: 1. Closely monitor market trends, increase efforts in developing key customers, and expand in-depth cooperation with major clients to ensure the achievement of the annual sales target and strive for additional growth; 2. Based on market conditions, increase investment and efforts to expand the group's packaging and testing industry scale and provide a solid foundation for achieving the goal of becoming the number one brand; 3. Keep a close eye on industrial development trends and changes, accelerate the research and development and industrialization of advanced packaging technologies, and prepare for the coordinated development and technological reserves in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence and humanoid robots; 4. Accelerate the progress of transformation projects, and ensure that all ongoing projects are completed by the end of the year; 5. Systematically review and scientifically plan to finalize the group's "15th Five-Year" development plan by the end of the year; 6. Pay attention to the international trade environment and policy risks, and develop flexible strategies to respond. Finally, Chairman Xiao called on everyone to unite and work together, to stand at the forefront of the times amidst the surging waves, and to write a new chapter in the group's development journey.

At 8 p.m. that evening, the opening dance "Chasing Dreams in Hua Tian" was passionately performed, and the 19th-anniversary cultural evening of the group was inaugurated at the Huatian Home Stadium. The evening was divided into four chapters: "Remaining True to Our Original Aspirations and Passing on the Torch," "Uniting Hearts and Warming Huatian," "Excellence Together and Vitality Unleashed," and "Building Dreams for a New Journey and Composing a New Chapter Together."
