From July 10 to July 12, 2025, the Sales and Operations Department organized the 2025 First-Half Sales Meeting. The meeting was comprehensive, covering several specialized sessions, including the OEM New Packaging Varieties Promotion Meeting for the second half of the year, the OEM Sales Plan Meeting for the second half of the year, the OEM Sales Customer Service Communication Meeting, the First-Half Quality Issues Meeting, the OBM Sales Plan Meeting for the second half of the year, the OBM Product R&D and New Project Market Planning Meeting, the OBM Non-Production Product Sales Market Planning Meeting, and the 2025 First-Half Sales Work Summary Meeting. The main participants included the company's management team, invited personnel from related companies, all sales staff, all customer service representatives, and representatives from relevant departments such as the Product Technology Department, Automotive Grade Division, Quality Management Department, Packaging Technology Department, Manufacturing Department 1, Testing Department, Engineering Technology Department, and Application Technology Department, with a total of over 400 attendees.

The meeting focused on the progress of daily sales work, problem analysis, and solutions. It concentrated on various sales-related matters and collaborated with relevant departments to seek effective ways to improve work efficiency and provide feasible solutions to existing problems.

To better deploy the work for the second half of 2025, Mr. Xiao, the General Manager, put forward three requirements: First, to strengthen support work, ensuring product delivery while focusing on resource support for new customers and new application directions. Second, to enhance strategic support, targeting strategic customers in the face of the increasingly severe market environment and improving product competitiveness. Third, to promote cost optimization, focusing on controlling material procurement costs, optimizing product BOMs, reducing manufacturing costs, and forming competitive product prices.
