
On July 7, the 81 new campus recruits of HYME's 2025 class reported for duty as scheduled. The HR department's welcoming team distributed onboarding learning kits, guided the new employees through the onboarding procedures, and assisted with moving luggage, allowing the new colleagues to feel the company's warmth and welcome.
In accordance with the training plan, a series of courses were organized, including "Company Organization Structure and Career Planning," "Quality Management System & Awareness," "OBM Basic Product Knowledge Introduction," "OEM Basic Product Knowledge Introduction," and "Professional Ethics and Communication," to help new employees systematically understand the company and the semiconductor industry.
In addition to theoretical learning, activities such as a graduate mentor meeting and a welcome basketball match were organized to accelerate the integration of students into the group and the company.
To temper the willpower of new graduates and enhance team cohesion, a military training and review activity was organized for new employees. From the moment of onboarding, the company's core value of "perseverance and hard work" is put into practice.
