On February 1st, the 2023 sales debriefing meeting of Huayi Microelectronics was held in the multifunctional hall on the 5th floor of Building A. A total of 98 people attended the meeting, including the company's management team, middle managers, regional sales directors/managers, quality management personnel and customer service.

At the meeting, each regional director and sales manager summarized and reported on the sales work in 2023, followed by an analysis of the 2024 work plan, objectives and team building, the company's leadership and sales staff to fully communicate with the sales work in 2024 put forward the direction and guidance. During the period, the Quality Management Department was responsible for sharing the annual quality cases, urging everyone to consolidate the quality cornerstone and build a firm quality defense in their daily work.

According to the agenda of the sales meeting, a number of thematic meetings were held at the same time, such as OBM internal management meeting, distributor management meeting, OBM new product analysis, inventory analysis meeting, 2024 annual sales plan decomposition, IGBT sales task decomposition seminar, efficiency enhancement program seminar, CRM demonstration, annual quality training and packaging capability training exchange, new product demand assessment, etc., which were attended by more than 300 people in total. More than 300 people attended the meeting, which summarized the results of the sales work in 2023 and pointed out the direction for the sales work in 2024.

Finally, Mr. Xiao emphasized that the performance of the enterprise needs the joint efforts of everyone, and in 2024, he hoped that everyone would work together, force out a hole, not forgetting the original intention, move forward, and work hard to complete the annual targets.
