Through full participation, enhance the quality awareness of all employees in the test department, give full play to the quality of pioneers to take the lead in the exemplary role, and continue to create a "compare, learn, catch up, help and surpass" working atmosphere, test all employees with their own practical actions to practice the quality of the routine will never break the quality of the concept of leading quality always choose to make the quality of consciousness deeply into the heart of each member of the test. The quality consciousness is deeply seared into the heart of every member of the test.

At the beginning of the award ceremony, Li Guifang, the supervisor of external inspection and packaging of the testing department, as the planner of the activity, made a brief explanation of the activity, which is mainly divided into five stages, including the determination of the content of the activity, the planning of the activity program, the publicity of the content of the project, the implementation of the project on the ground and the final award ceremony. Since the activity was launched in mid-May, under the active propaganda of all management personnel, the activity has been widely participated, 84% of the staff participated, 76 people entered the rematch, and finally 46 people won the award. Outside inspection and packaging won the best organization award, and test shift engineering won the best team award.
